Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are custom-made, personalized, or marked as final sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued in cash only at the time of item pickup or as arranged during the return process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Provide details and photos (if possible).

  • We will arrange for a replacement or cash refund.
